What I Offer

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself, struggling to bond with your baby, or understand why things feel harder than they used to.

    • Anxiety and persistent worry

    • Low mood or depression

    • Stress and burnout

    • Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted

    • Loss of confidence or sense of self

    • Life transitions and adjustment

    • Trauma and difficult past or recent experiences

    • Pregnancy and antenatal mental health

    • Postnatal mental health

    • Birth trauma

    • Difficulties with bonding or connection

    • Adjusting to early parenthood

    • Experiences of loss or bereavement

  • I offer a calm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can begin wherever you are. Therapy is collaborative and paced around you—there is no expectation to have the “right words” or a clear starting point.

    Together, we can:

    • Make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences

    • Understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck

    • Explore the impact of past experiences

    • Develop ways of coping that feel realistic and sustainable

  • My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, and I tailor therapy to your individual needs. This may include:

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – understanding how thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact, and developing practical strategies for change

    • Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) – working with self-criticism, shame, and building a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself

    • Trauma-informed approaches – helping you process and make sense of difficult or overwhelming experiences safely

    • Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) - processing traumatic memories in a structured way

    • Parent-infant psychotherapy - supporting the parent-baby bond through attachment patterns

    • Couples therapy - exploring relational dynamics to improve communication and understanding

    • Integrative therapy - drawing on different models to suit you, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach

  • I work with adults (18+) from a range of backgrounds and experiences. You do not need a diagnosis or a specific “problem” to come to therapy.

You might come to therapy because:

    • Something specific has happened

    • You’ve been feeling this way for a while

    • Or you’re not quite sure why things feel difficult

    All of this is welcome.

The Process

Get in touch

You’re welcome to contact me via email or the contact form. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a few lines about what’s bringing you to therapy is enough.

Introductory call

If it feels helpful, I offer a brief 10-15 minute introductory call. This is an opportunity to ask any questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you.

Initial session

Our first session together is a chance to talk through whats been going on for you and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask some questions, as well as ask about your history and support network.

Beginning therapy

Together, we’ll develop an understanding of what’s going on and begin working towards what feels important to you, at a pace that feels manageable.
