  • Contacting your GP (including same-day or out-of-hours services)

  • Contacting any specialist perinatal services you are involved with, or your local mental health crisis team if you are known to them

  • Contacting your specialist health visitor if you receive regular check-ins with them

  • Attending A&E or calling emergency services - 999 or 111 or urgent advice
